Products

We describe and photograph our products as accurately as we can. Wood is a natural material, so grain, color and texture vary from piece to piece, and colors may look slightly different on different screens.

Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars (USD) and may change without notice. The price that applies is the one shown at checkout when you place your order. See Payment Information.

Orders

We may cancel an order, with a full refund, if a product is unavailable, if there is an obvious pricing error, or if we cannot verify the payment.

Shipping

Processing and delivery times are listed on our Shipping Information page. Delivery times are estimates.

21-day money-back guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your order, contact us at [email protected] within 21 days of delivery with your order number. We will reply with the next steps. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.

Damaged or incorrect items

If an item arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, email [email protected] within 21 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging.
